Our Policy

If you are having any complications ordering online, please feel free to place your order by calling us at 1.407.374.3442. Furry Paw hours are Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 9:00am - 8:00pm EST. (Click here to go to a time zone conversion website.)

If you haven’t received your order within allotted estimated time frame (1-3) weeks for production, (up to 4 weeks during holiday season), and (3- 7 days for shipping),please notify us in writing, no more than (30) days after the original order date, customerservice@furrypawpics.com or at the address below:

Cancelation and Return Policy:

We immediately begin processing your order. You may cancel your order only within the first 24 hours by sending an e-mail to support@furrypawpics.com.

Once received, If you are not completely satisfied, upon our discretion, we can allow for one re-commission of the portrait and/or reimburse you, upon accepted return of merchandise, the complete purchase price minus the shipping cost and the 30% (non-refundable) artist fee.

Furry Paw does not accept returns, except under the following circumstances. Please note, All our orders are digitally printed and/or custom made specifically for each individual consumer, due to this our items are ineligible for return or exchange except under the following circumstances:

Damaged in Transit
Misprinted
Defective

If your item has one of the forgoing issues please contact customerservice@furrypawpics.com within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. If your return/exchange does fall under one of these categories FURRY PAW LLC will start the return process please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

All refunded merchandise must be returned, to Furry Paw LLC, in original packaging and in the same condition received within (30) days of purchase. All merchandise shipped back should have tracking and insurance of purchased value, any item not received due to lack of tracking and/or damage, not covered by insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note all returns accepted for shipped merchandise will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise, minus the 30% artist fee, only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only.

We do not accept used merchandise. Any merchandise suspected of being previously used will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless FURRY PAW LLC  approves otherwise. If approved, FURRY PAW LLC will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.

All sale items and charity items are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

Carrier and Packaging: We ship most orders through FedEx. Most items will need to be special ordered or printed. Please allow (2-6) weeks, (up to 8-10 weeks during holiday season), to receive your item.

We offer shipping to the United States and 100+ countries for an additional fee.

US Shipping: (refer to shipping calculator at checkout)

Worldwide shipping: Determined by Country and shipping method:

For shipments outside the U.S., your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. FPLLC ships your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Due to the high value of our portraits, we choose to send them with the best possible service, so that we know they will be delivered safely, securely and in good time. We use USPS, UPS and Fedex for the majority of our deliveries using their delivery confirmation, tracking service, and signature confirmation for domestic shipping and for overseas deliveries we use a variety of third party shippers depending on the country and delivery method.

Damage: If the box containing the artwork appears to be damaged upon its arrival, refuse acceptance of the delivery and then contact us at Customerservice@furrypawpics.com (Subject: Damage)  to let us know that the shipment arrived damaged.

If, however, you open the package and find the artwork damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and us immediately at customerservice@furrypawpics.com  or call us at 1.407.374.2442. Do not discard the original packaging.

Please note that any artwork that is received damaged must be reported at time they are received or damaged artwork will not be accepted for return. Please, take a photo of package conditions before opening the package if you suspect that the artwork inside might be damaged or if you notice that the package has been broken or mistreated. This information is required for insurance claim purposes.

We will process your replacement shipment as soon as all carrier insurance paperwork is processed.
