5. FURRY PAW Accounts and Submission of Material
A. Registration
FURRY PAW LLC reserves the right to close an account if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.
B. Submission of material
We reserve the right to sale and display your uploaded photo, created custom artwork, and any and all related and/or corresponding merchandise(s) and artwork on our site.
FurryPawPics.com will not be held responsible for any misuse of your uploaded photo and/or any corresponding material(s) on our site by members of the public and/or website patrons.
Please be aware that upon uploading your photo and sending it to FurryPawpics.com , that you are confirming that you own, have licensed, and/or have the authority and copyright to upload that particular photo, including, but not limited, to all of its affiliates and attributes. you also agree to the transfer of full copyright(s) for the all corresponding artwork(s), including but not limited to , drawings, paintings, visual films, and/or any subsequent material (Herein know as artwork), created by “Furry Paw, LLC”, for use and sell by Furry Paw LLC its clients, affiliates, and or any subsequent related partners and/or matters.
This agreement also includes the transfer of rights to any variations of the artworks created and/or supplied by "Furry Paw LLC". Example of these variations could include : multiple color versions, size and dimensional variations – landscape and portrait, reversed out versions, social media profile images, favicon etc.
By uploading and/or submitting photos and/or artwork to FURRY PAW LLC You acknowledge that you own all of the content and information you post or upload on our website and/any corresponding blog, website, and/or social media site. In addition:
For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (“IP content”), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with FURRY PAW LLC (“IP License”). This includes for example and without limitation the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. In certain circumstances FURRY PAW LLC may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.
You also acknowledge that FURRY PAW LLC is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any FURRY PAW LLC publication.
We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about FURRY PAW LLC, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

6. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
In order to contract with FURRY PAW LLC you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. FURRY PAW LLC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be FURRY PAW LLC or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party FURRY PAW LLC is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
7. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
8. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies
9. Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
10. Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all FURRY PAW LLC promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
A. Only one promotion code can be used per order.
B. Maximum pre-discount spend limit of $700 applies per order.
C. A promotion code can't be used after an order has been placed.
11. Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and FURRY PAW LLC.
